Marni graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University, specializing in plated desserts.
Beginning in 1995, her work has taken her overseas to St. Anne's Manor Hotel in Wokingham, England, and across the country, including such properties as The Athenaeum Hotel in Chautauqua, New York, three Ritz-Carlton Hotels, The Four Seasons Aviara in Carlsbad, California, and Roy's Kahana Bar & Grill in Maui, Hawaii. After returning to Southern California, she opened Posh Pastries, in Santa Clarita, in 2008. She now resides with her family in Roseville, CA, where she owns and operates Posh.
