How do i place an order?
Select Your Pie(s) Size
Our most common sizes are Mini Galette (a.k.a. hand pie) and 9" pie. Other sizes are available through consultation.
Select Your Flavor(s)
Choose from our menu of year-round flavors or ask about seasonal favorites. If there's a flavor you want and don't see, just ask!
Select Your Design(s)
We offer many top crust options to fit within your budget. Visit the PIE page for flavor, crust and design options.
Select Your Date/Time
Check Schedule & Events for availability. When you submit your order, please let us know which pick up or delivery date/time you prefer. It may also be helpful to see our policies.
Submit Your Order
In your message, please include as much of the above information as you can.
• A Square invoice will be created and sent to you.
• Payments MUST be received by dates/times indicated to guarantee your delivery. Later payments cannot be accepted unless previously discussed.
• A DELIVERY FEE of $3.00 will apply to all orders within ZIP code 95747 (Roseville). A delivery fee of $0.67/mile RT from our location will be applied to all orders outside of the 95747 ZIP code. This rate is the 2024 IRS mileage rate for business.
• HOLIDAY AND PIE SALE ORDERS: Payments must be received by date indicated. Delivery is not available.
• All sales final and "as is."

Posh Policies
Ordering Policy
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL "AS IS." Please ensure what you order is what you want.
• Minimum order of $15.00 is required.
• We require 1 WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE on all small orders (under $50).
• We require 2 WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE on all large orders (over $50).
• All holidays orders require 2 WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE.
• Orders under $50 must be paid in full at time of order.
• Orders over $50 must have a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment due at time of order and be paid in full 2 weeks prior to delivery.
Delivery Policy
• A DELIVERY FEE of $.70/mile RT from our location will be applied to all delivery orders.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE set-up fee of $30/hour MAY apply.
Off-Site Class Policy
• A complimentary site visit is required.
• A MILEAGE FEE of $.67/mile RT from our location will be applied to all off-site classes.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE set-up/break-down fee of $30/hour will apply, with a 1 hour minimum charged.

Gift Cards
Send a gift card to friends and family or buy it now for your future use.
Valid E-Gift Cards and Gift Certificates* can only be issued and redeemed by Posh Baking Company.
The Fig Tree Coffee, Art, & Music Lounge does not accept these as a form of payment.
*Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issuance.
