- For orders of 6 hand pies - only 1 flavor may be selected.
- For orders of 12 hand pies - up to 2 flavors may be selected.
- For orders over 12 hand pies - flavor selections are at the discretion of the baker.

Payments MUST be received within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Payments not received on time will result in a cancelled order. Later payments cannot be accepted unless previously discussed.
Posh PIe Policies
General Ordering Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL "AS IS." Please ensure what you order is what you want.
- Minimum order of $36.00 is required.
- A DELIVERY FEE of $3.00 will apply to all orders within ZIP code 95747 (Roseville). A delivery fee of $0.70/mile RT from our location will be applied to all orders outside of the 95747 ZIP code. This rate is the 2025 IRS mileage rate for business.
- We require 1 WEEK ADVANCE NOTICE on all small orders (under $50).
- We require 2 WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE on all large orders (over $50).
- Bulk/Large Orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment due at time of order and be paid in full 2 weeks prior to delivery. If a bulk/large order is placed to be fulfilled within 3 weeks of the date order is placed, the invoice must be paid in full upon receipt.
Holiday 9" Pie Ordering Policy
• All holiday orders are to be placed using the provided Google Form link or by contacting us directly.
• Orders will be accepted during specified dates and cannot be accepted past those dates.
• Payment is required within 24 hours or placing an order, unless otherwise stated. Payments not received on time will result in a cancelled order.
• Bulk/Large Holiday Orders require 4 WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE and a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment due at time of order and be paid in full 2 weeks prior to delivery.
Delivery Policy
• A DELIVERY FEE of $.70/mile RT from our location will be applied to all delivery orders.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE set-up fee of $30/hour MAY apply.

Posh Class Policies
On-Site Classes
• Your enrollment is complete with a paid invoice. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of enrollment.
• All parties present must be enrolled as students.
• For parents/caregivers who do not wish to participate, we allow 5 minutes prior to the start of class for drop off.
Off-Site Classes
• A complimentary site visit is required.
• A MILEAGE FEE of $.70/mile RT from our location will be applied to all off-site classes.
• A NON-REFUNDABLE set-up/break-down fee of $30/hour will apply, with a 1 hour minimum charged.

Gift Cards
